Hospitality Lecture hosted by the Karuizawa Tourism Association, a general incorporated association.
Karuizawa Tourism Association will hold a lecture on hospitality in the town of Karuizawa for business owners, members of the Tourism Association, and residents of Karuizawa, a town with a strong tourism industry, and the surrounding community. Mr. Yasunao Otake, Senior Performance Consultant of Recruit Co., Ltd. will give a lecture on “What is the service that customers continue to choose, and how to create stores and organizations that customers choose, which can be practiced from today.
