On February24, 2022, a full-scale military invasion of Ukraine by Russia breaks out.
Even now, many Ukrainians are forced to flee to neighboring countries, and many precious lives have been lost.
Under such circumstances, the Japan Festival Orchestra, led by conductor Yuichi Takubo, held the “Ukraine Peace Memorial Concert” in Karuizawa on April15, 2023, and donated part of the proceeds to Ukraine.
In response to the great response from all quarters, we will hold the “Ukraine Support and Peace Memorial Concert” again, as we did last year.
