We are particular about ingredients with the theme of local production for local consumption. Each dish is handmade using seasonal ingredients so that you can experience the best of the season.
We serve "Shinshu beef," a brand name beef from Shinshu, at reasonable prices. We also use 100% Karuizawa-grown buckwheat flour for our handmade soba noodles, named "Karuizawa soba.
Every morning, artisans diligently prepare soba noodles.
