This is a special ticket that includes unlimited yoga and a meal.

If you don’t need a meal, this is the ticket for you! If you don’t want a meal, this ticket is for you.

LUNCH PLATE Adult 2000 yen / Child 500 yen
Smoothies are not included for lunch plates only.
Note: This will be a special event and regular studio tickets are not available.
Also, even if this is your first time using the studio, feel free to join us.

Five yoga lessons will be available in the yoga studio on the second floor.
You can participate as much as you like if you purchase a one-day ticket.
Single tickets are also available separately!
Children are also welcome.
The kitchen on the first floor serves a high-protein, fiber-rich Buddah Bowl and green smoothies before and after yoga.
Soft drinks and alcohol are also available.
(Drinks will be charged separately.) It is also available for a short break or lunch break after participating in yoga.
You are welcome to use the cafe without doing yoga!
The parking space on the studio side will also host an open-air marché.
There will be a coffee stand by M’z COFFEE Lab, local vegetables by ABIOCCO Nakajima Farm, a honey store that has been selling honey in the Old Karuizawa Ginza for many years, and C.J. Madoca, who makes handmade jewelry using beautiful natural stones,
There will also be an apparel store by HAROB, a fashionable haori brand from Tokyo.
