Nestled in the woods through the trees, seasonal flowers bloom and welcome guests. At dusk, candles light the dining table and dinner begins. The owner-chef's cuisine is a collection of gourmet ingredients from Shinshu. Starting with hors d'oeuvres, guests can choose either meat or fish as the main dish.
