During the GW week, we will hold a tasting event of “Nichigurumi Flour Milling” which has a factory in Miyota-machi.
We will be serving many tastes of pickles, so how about tasting buckwheat tea while eating pickles? We will also be selling buckwheat pancake mix, buckwheat galette flour, buckwheat pasta, and pasta sauce made from vegetables grown in Shinshu, which are not usually available in our stores. If you are in the neighborhood, please feel free to just stop by for a tasting.
