Atelier Blanca Karuizawa

The white-walled gallery, designed by the late Hisaji Nishimura, who had close ties to Karuizawa, is filled with glass works by the Art Nouveau masters Emile Gallé and the Dome brothers, as well as ceramics. In the adjoining painting gallery, over 100 original works by Mucha and other works by painters of the Ecole de Paris, such as Tsuguharu Fujita and Chagall, are exhibited seasonally.
