Information on “Karuizawa Web Certification Gathering for Successful Candidates
This summer, Karuizawa experienced record-breaking heat, but now it’s time to warm up. How are you spending your time?
Last year, three years have passed since the web-based certification test started and we were able to hold the Level 1 certification test.
We would like to continue to promote the Karuizawa Web Certification Examination to many Karuizawa fans throughout Japan by incorporating a variety of plans and other activities.
This time, the Web Certification Office has planned a joint gathering of those who have passed the former Karuizawa Certification Examination and the Karuizawa Web Certification Examination. We hope that all of you who have passed the exam will get to know each other.
We will also showcase the newly developed Amazon Alexa Karuizawa trivia skills developed by the Karuizawa Web Certification Team.
There will also be a raffle for an “Echo Dot Smart Speaker with Alexa,” a display of badges for those who have passed Level 1, a display and sale of badges for those who have passed Levels 2 and 3, and a demonstration of the e-book version of the official certification book.

Amazon Alexa is a cloud-based voice recognition service provided by Amazon.
Alexa-enabled devices recognize the voice spoken to the user and send it to the cloud service.
The transmitted voice is converted to text in the cloud and then the processed result is returned to the device, where it is converted back to voice and played back to the user on the device.
