Karuizawa Autumn Foliage Report 2013/10/9

The Minamigaoka Art Museum (Sangoso Museum) has just begun to change colors. On the spacious grounds stand a modern new building, a garden surrounded by trees, and Sangoso (a nationally registered tangible cultural property), a relocated house of a wealthy farmer from the late Edo period, all connected by a walking path lined with laurel trees. Sangoso was used as a villa for business people.
