Over the past 28 years, he has met more than 3,000 business owners and employees in various industries. Through these interviews, he realized that the key to success lies in happiness and job satisfaction. He has written about his philosophy and practices in his books, “Seven Things Good Leaders of Good Companies Value” and “The Failure of Customer Satisfaction,” and disseminates them through lectures and training programs. He is also a member of the White Company Award Committee, a member of the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency’s Policy Deliberation Committee, and an outside director of a listed company. She is a graduate of Hosei University’s Graduate School of Business Administration (MBA) and is a weekly contributor to YouTube’s “Reiko Setogawa’s Hints for Working and Living Happily.
