Piazzolla Hommage 30th Anniversary Concert


Astor Piazzolla was a revolutionary of Argentine tango. This year marks the 30th anniversary of his death, but his music has not faded away and continues to fascinate people around the world with its full presence. The concert will feature Piazzolla’s music, which is based on continental tango and actively incorporates elements of jazz, rock, classical, and folk music, in a variety of solo, duo, and trio ensembles featuring a rare combination of violin, cello, and guitar.
