Karuizawa Exchange Facility “Kutsukake Terrace

Karuizawa Exchange Facility "Kutsukake Terrace" is a regional exchange facility built by the Town of Karuizawa in front of Nakakaruizawa Station (Shinano Railway).
The nickname is "Kutsukake Terrace," after the old name of the area, "Kutsukake." Kutsukake, like "Karuizawa," is the name of an old post station on the Nakasendo Highway.
