Tasaki Museum of Art
Spot
From 1966, HIROSUKE had a studio in Mikasa, Karuizawa, and left behind many works including Tateshina, Yatsugatake, Myoko and Lake Nojiri, with Asama and Shirakaba lakes in the background. He also had many friends during his lifetime who lived through the Meiji, Taisho, and Showa eras, and it is said that the history of the art world from its inception to the present day can be seen in his materials alone.
While the museum is a permanent collection of HIROSUKE's posthumous works and materials on his cultural and social activities, it is also a place for cultural and social activities such as public exhibitions, lectures, and research meetings.
