Sawaya Karuizawa Bypass

When I was at the produce store, I started making and selling jam at the suggestion of a guest staying at a villa in Karuizawa.
Sawaya Co., Ltd. was established in 1980.
We are currently operating five directly managed dealerships in Karuizawa.
Fruit trees are planted on the grounds of the bypass store, bearing flowers and fruit when in season.
The adjacent directly managed restaurant, Kodo, serves dishes that make the most of seasonal local ingredients.
At the "Kodo Terrace" cafe, visitors can enjoy nostalgic "Old Light Piroshki" and "Blueberry Soft Ice Cream".
