The Karuizawa Ando Museum of Art offers siphon coffee, tea, seasonal beverages, baguette sandwiches, cakes, and other light fare at the adjacent “HARIO CAFE”. Y Farm Restaurant, operated by Y Farm, will offer artistic cuisine that combines the beauty of agriculture with the creativity inherent in vegetables. The concept of the restaurant is “an artistic dish by Y Farm,” allowing diners to experience the deep flavors, shapes, and beautiful colors of the vegetables and herbs harvested from the farm.
