Please use this service when you arrive at Karuizawa Station! Convenient “Shinshu – Hand-On Delivery Service

Once you arrive at Karuizawa Station, your trip will be comfortable and empty-handed from there!

If you drop off your luggage at the Karuizawa Station Tourist Information Center by 12: 00 noon, it will be delivered to your accommodation in town by 6:00 pm on the same day. This service was started by the Shinshu Prefectural Tourism Association and Yamato Transport to make your trip to Shinshu lighter and more enjoyable. We hope you will take advantage of this service.

Service charge: 1000 yen per piece
Reception location: Karuizawa Station, 3rd floor, North Exit, Tourist Information Center

*KARUIZAWA tourist infomation center at 3rd floor of Karuizawa station.
Drop your Luggage at the Karuizawa tourist information center before noon.
We will deliver your luggage by 6PM to the Hotel where you will stay.
