Shinshu Ham Karuizawa Kobo


Karuizawa Kobo" is a ham and sausage factory that produces ham and sausage with German techniques and methods, using skilled artisans and carefully selected raw materials. Visitors can taste authentic ham and sausage made by a meat master who has returned from Germany using German techniques and production methods. The new SPEZIELL Karuizawa Kobo uses Japanese raw material meat, while the traditional Karuizawa Kobo products are made and sold with American Kurobuta pork.
