Chef Fumitaka Kusama creates delicious, healthy cuisine in the natural setting of Karuizawa, using natural ingredients from Japan and France, as well as locally sourced ingredients. 13,500 yen (tax and service charge not included) (Petit portions: 12,000 yen)
Lunch time during the period will also be served with advance reservations.
However, the restaurant will be open only for dinner on December 24 and 25.
