Terms of Use
The ticket will be invalidated if it is detached.
Unused tickets are non-refundable.
Please check the expiration date and use it within the period.
Lost lift tickets cannot be reissued.
Please use the lift tickets that you have exchanged for tickets in accordance with the usage procedures of the ski resort in question.
In principle, lift tickets cannot be exchanged for 2-day, 3-day, or other consecutive-day lift tickets.
No refunds will be made in the event of cancellation of lift service due to inclement weather or other circumstances.
Lift prices may change on certain days at some ski resorts, but the exchange details will remain the same.
If you have extra tickets
If you are unable to use up your purchased tickets, you can exchange them for special products from the town of Karuizawa and the surrounding area. Details will be announced on the official website around March 2023. Exchange period: April 1, 2023 – must arrive no later than May 31, 2023.
